The company Joanna Levin has been established in 1990. We have become specialist for manufacturing, exporting and supplying a comprehensive range of Bakery Equipment. Simply because we always remained faithful to our principles. Today, we supply to companies in more than 40 countries all over the world our bakery equipment, develop solutions and support the implementation. We’ve cooperated among others with the suppliers of McDonalds (Moscow), KFC (Malaysia) and Subway (Singapore). Furthermore we delivered custom made solutions for the hotel bakeries of the Kempinski Hotel in Jakarta, the Shangri-La in Jakarta and the Hilton Double Tree in Malaysia. Catering to the different needs and requirements of the baking industry, our product range includes complete lines for the production of bakery and confectionery products. We also help our customers with planning and designing kitchens and bakeries to offer maximum convenience to our clients.
Eberhardt Bun Divider and Rounder
Our Eberhardt Piccolo machine divides almost all kinds of dough into portions equal in weight. Then, the dough is rounded into perfectly round dough pieces. Different versions are available. For 30 dough pieces per process, 36 dough pieces per process and for different weight ranges. The machine comes in stainless steel finish, except for the top covers which need to be plastic due to German safety regulations.
Bun Moulding Plates
Our bun moulding plates are made of genuine Karodur plastic material, made in Germany and almost unbreakable. Different from plates made by other manufacturers, our material is multi layer. Therefore, it is flexible, not rigid. If for instance dough residuals remain under the plate, therefore our product will bend away and not break. Bun moulding plates are available from us for all major brands of bun divider and rounders.
Bioclimatic Air Degerminators
Bioclimatic air degerminators purify the air and kill odour molecules, bacteria and virus based on the ioniziation principle. They "copy" the natural process of air regeneration and transfer it to the conditions of indoor spaces. A variety of models is available. Either to be located in the bakery or kitchen or to be built into the aircon system. The actual model to be choosen depends on the room size.
